My name is Norval Blackwell, I've been a full-time real estate agent with Haring Realty since 2013. I have been married to my wife Kim for nearly 42 years, I’m a father of 2 and have 9 grandchildren. Mansfield is a great place to live and I’ve lived and worked here all my life. I went to school and worship here as well.
With a passion for service in the Mansfield area, I have served on the board of directors of Advantage Credit Union for over 9 years, 5 of that as Board President. I also previously served on the Board of directors for Walton Lake. I value serving my community and enjoy giving my time back to help in any way I can.
My faith is very important and front and center in my life. I’m active with my church and have been on 2 men’s mission trips to Haiti in 2010 and 2014, building churches there. I'm most excited about "planting" new churches. In 2002 my wife and I helped plant New Hope Community Church in Loudonville, OH and more recently, Olive Tree Christian Fellowship in Lucas, OH, in 2017, where we currently attend. We have tutored children in the Prospect Elementary School district and try to be active in our community in other capacities…
When I'm not working to find you your dream home or serving in our community, I like to relax by enjoying a round of golf, traveling, spending time with my family, working around the home or just having a cup of coffee with my wife and listening to music.
My entire adult life I have had a sincere interest in the housing market, it is a passion of mine. My wife and I have built 3 homes and remodeled 11. Being around the real estate in any capacity has been of interest to me. I enjoy my job and working with people of all ages, I sincerely love meeting and working with new people and feel I bring good ideas and information to the table to help my clients in their new home search.
